FLOWMEET TH Series Insertion Thermal Mass Flowmeters for gases have outstanding performance for the measurement of all types of gases. This type of flow meter can be used for any type of gas. They do not have moving parts, the presence of vibrations in the pipe does not affect their measurement, these characteristics result in having the virtues so desired for all flowmeters such as: maintenance-free, being suitable for applications as diverse as gas measurement. They have a very wide working temperature range (-40 to 350 ° C). They have Pulse Output and 4-20 mA, RS-485 communication. In turn, as a fundamental characteristic, given their physical operating principle, they DO NOT need temperature or pressure compensation. They have Exd II CT4 anti-explosive certificate.

Product description
TH Series Insertion Thermal Mass Flowmeters make use of the thermal mass flow measurement principle. They are mass flow meters that have two RTD probes positioned in the flow. The upper sensor measures the temperature of the fluid, while the second heats up to a higher temperature than the first sensor. Heat is transferred from the second sensor to the fluid at a rate corresponding to the mass flow rate. The probe is kept at a constant temperature through a control loop circuit and the voltage necessary to keep the temperature constant in said probe is used to measure the speed of the fluid.
